Ordering online at Sur Al Norte is easy. When choosing your payment method, you may be asked to provide certain information, including credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current. You also agree to pay all or any charges incurred by users of your account and credit card including, any tax or shipping fees (if applicable).

For any unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks cover all the charges that result from such use or limit your liability, the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. It is your responsibility to notify your credit card company of any unauthorized use. You agree that Sur Al Norte is not responsible or liable in any way for any unauthorized use of your credit card.


Ordering Instructions
• Online ordering is our preferred method. If you would like to order off line please email us here.
• We only ship orders to the credit card billing address, no exceptions!.
• Use our shopping cart to buy what you want, when you want it! This is how:

1. Place items in your cart
Once you have found an item that you wish to purchase, simply click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button once. You can find this button on any item's detail page.

2. Change Item Quantities
To buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Quantity" box and click on the "Update" button.

3. Remove an Item from Your Cart
To remove an item from your Shopping Cart, change the item's quantity to zero and click on the "Update" button.

4. Checkout
When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the Checkout button on the top right of the screen or the "Checkout" button near the bottom of the item description. This begins the checkout process.

Sales Tax (VT residents only)

Sales tax applies to orders being delivered within Vermont only. Tax in our state is 6%, and is calculated on the product total. If you are a resident of another state you will not be charged sales tax.

Miscellaneous

Sur Al Nortes' failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Sur Al Norte may modify, add or delete any provision of this statement without any notice. Your continued use of this service shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such change. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this site. These provisions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
